OMG girl, go to my profile and add me and you will see the results! I couldn't be happier!!! I average .32 lbs a DAY LOSS with my Wii Fit. The Zumba is fabulous as well! I do the Wii Fit almost every day!!! I love it and it's a LOT of fun! I have lost 19.2 pounds in just TWO months!!!

Yeah I just went thru 2 procedures to find out the SAME thing! I am living off of Miralax, had to even triple & quadruple the dosage no less and trust me I do 20+ fiber EVERY day. But like I said, after going and getting a colonoscopy I found I have gastronitis and a slow colon and must use miralax as well as fiber!!!

Since I started dieting I have had to remove all my rings b/c I'm scared of losing them, so yes your finger size changes drastically. Wait before you have it resized. Atleast until you reach your goal weight.

I eat it nearly every day for the fiber. I use the Quaker Instant Oatmeal packets b/c I can bring them to work & add water and eat... It's great starter for my day and I don't starve to death until lunch! lol
