37 pounds down so far this year... not brave enough for shirtless photos, so I took a picture this morning with a shirt I had a good fat picture in from prior to the start of the year. A long way still to go, but getting there!

    WOW - arms, face, chest, shoulders, and abdomen - all VISIBLY smaller!!!! Although that's really fantastic, I have to say the best part was no cigar in the second picture. Stopping smoking would be the icing on the cake for such a great job improving your health - continued success to you!

    Yes, I quit smoking (cigars and cigarettes) and drinking all at the start of the year also... going for a total healthier me in 2012.
