  • I wish you could read the message boards on the app, but you cant. If I want to read them I usually just access them through safari.
  • processed foods are horribleee in sodium. I don't eat frozen dinners for dinner or lunch at all anymore because they're soo high.
  • I'm in sunny california too! I wish so cal with the beaches, but I'm Northern where we only have rivers and lakes haha

  • I use Designer Whey as well. I got mine at vitamin shoppe but I have seen them at trader joes (1lb container) for like $14.
  • I would round to whatever number you're closer to.. you're closer to the 5'2 than 5'1. I'm 5'10 3/4 and I always round up.. that's just what I would do though.
  • I have no advice as far as your calories because I just don't know... I just wanted to say don't get discouraged! Look at the big picture, instead of looking at each week separately. you're down 10 pounds in 3 weeks! that's awesome!

  • My drink from starbucks is still a daily thing. I'm drinking those 160 calories instead of eating but so worth it to me.
  • I think I do it because when I was little I always thought the little slimy thing was the actual baby chicken. I now know it isnt.. but after so many years of thinking that I just cant eat it now haha
  • I wanted to try nutella.. then I saw this: http://www.snack-girl.com/snack/nutella-alternative/ yeaaa i think i'll pass now.
  • I do the same thing with the slimy things!
  • I love red robin's new simply grilled chicken salad without the croutons or bread.
  • my favorite dessert.. definitely going to be making this!
  • emerald cocoa covered almonds. Takes care of my chocolate craving, while not eating something completely bad for you!
  • Even if I make the egg beaters for breakfast with the higher sodium, I generally stay around 1500 mg of sodium for the day... should I probably still stop eating them or since I can afford to have that sodium is it not so bad in my diet? I love eggs.. whole eggs, egg whites and egg beaters so taste is not a factor in my…
  • When I was little I convinced my mom bananas made my mouth/throat itch whenever I ate them (claiming I was allergic to them) because I didn't like them. I tried one the other day and I'm obsessed with them now.
  • what does a HRM tell you? heart rate obviously, and just calories burned?
  • I havn't seen a scanner on my iphone either.. but I did download an app called "fooducate" that was free and it has a barcode scanner.
  • I'm a starbucks junkie as well. Iced venti caramel machiatto. I always drank non fat milk (cant stand the taste of 2%), which brings my drink from 300 cal to 240. If you want to cut your drink in calories even more, starbucks uses regular vanilla syrup which has 20 calories per pump, and my drink has 5. Just by switching…
  • ped egg from the infomercials! I'm a heavy walker and have always had calluses on my heels and my sister gave it to me for christmas as a joke not knowing if it even worked.. I tried it and your heels will seriously feel like they do right after a pedicure!
  • I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 150. I'm 180 right now and not happy with my body, and I know 150 looks good on me.
  • Emerald cocoa roast almonds.. 150 calories for 1/4 cup. It's not a strong chocolate flavor, but very subtle and enough to satisfy my chocolate craving I always seem to have!
  • What has really helped me with sodium intake is I plan out everything I'm going to eat the next day that night while laying in bed. Then I can see the totals, and I can tweak it if I am too high in sodium or sugar. If I didn't plan out my whole day ahead of time I would be over in sodium every single day. I've learned that…
  • I did insanity last year for a little bit then didn't have the motivation anymore and quit. I'm starting it again tomorrow (this time I'm watching my diet as well) and am very motivated to lose the weight. How do you know how many calories you've burned each day to put it into your tracker?
  • thank you!! I've been measuring my food since starting counting, and got a little scale this past weekend. It's crazy how small portion sizes are compared to what I actually thought they were! And I've always drank plenty of water. Usually the only thing I ever drink.. I've read stories about people giving up soda and…
