    Weird...I made this exact recipe on Sunday to bring to my friend's house and I also used blackberry jam instead of the strawberry!

    It really is a great (AND EASY!) recipe...the texture is pleasing and the flavor is outstanding. A piece of advice: try to make it a day early if possible. The flavor definitely benefits from sitting longer. I LOVE cheesecake and this was certainly a suitable replacement for me!

    OK, it's in the oven. I had to make a couple of modifications (no vanilla greek yogurt so I used honey, and used splenda instead of sugar), let's see how it goes. :flowerforyou:

    i made this last night! its really pretty good, however i doubled the lemon juice because i wanted a lemon cheesecake, but i think it might have made it taste weird, so next time i will use the correct amount or maybe even half it
