Well said, and couldn't agree more. However people choose to meet their goals are none of our concern. We are here only to support them along the way. If you can't do that than don't relpy.

Encouragement goes a long way and I too could use some to keep me on track. I slid away for a little while but now it is time to get serious again. I am close to my goal by 20 plus pounds. Feel free to send a request and I will be in your corner.

I use mine for all meats and fish and some vegetables, asparagus, potatoes, squash. It's primarily all I cook on, I don't think I could live without one now! It's food in it's most natural state and the awareness of the flavor is amazing.

You ladies look amazing. I am 48 and have lost 73 lbs so far I still want to lose at least 27 more lbs but I feel alot sexier then I did a yr ago LOL You look amazing too, congratulations on your weightloss, it feels so good doesn't it?

I do have thyroid issues and have been put on Synthroid 50mg, it takes me ALOT longer than others to lose the weight and ALOT of exercise also, but I will do it...

Try Sugar in the Raw, natural turbinado sugar...you can buy the individual packets off of amazon for about $14.00 for 400 packets. My daughter sent me some for Mother's Day and that is all I use now. So much better for you.

We are in the same boat! It takes us alot longer than everyone else, but it does happen. Slow and steady wins this race. We are about the same height and starting weight. I run my cals between 1200 and 1400 and workout about an hour a day or every other day. In our case I would say to eat healthy and exercise continually…

I have been doing wraps lately, todays was turkey, spinach, grilled onion. Most times it's with egg, but hey I had some leftover turkey. It was really good!
