Hello,

Well it's time to quit making excuses for why I can't get off the couch and for why my treadmill gets used by the cat laying on it only. I have type 2 diabeties, sleep apnea, high cholestoral and depression. I'm about 40 lbs over weight. It doesn't matter what I look like in jeans any more; I have to lose the weight for my health. I want to be around a long time for my 3 young children. I need lots of accountability and motivation. Looking forward to getting started!
