Heofon- Way to go dude on the 1000 crunches in one crack! I am 400 away from 1000. I felt really sick this morning and my stomach was really achy so I didn't do my normal 530am workout. K you sucked me into another 200. Kids are snuggling on Couch I am going to pop off another 100 very soon! Its nice the ab workout I do it takes 4 mins for 100 abs. 200 for 6 mins. Its pretty sweet! Painful but nice!!!!

I am in for Sept. I don't post much but count me in. So far I have done 450 crunches for this week. I am going for 800. I have a wedding sat so friday and sat are going to be BUSY! I will try my best! :)

Just did 125 crunches tonight along with my workout. I am trying to get out of my crabby mood of no loss this week. I need to get out of that neg mood and become positive quickly!

I did my 10 miles I did. I was very proud I ran 7miles of that and walked 3. I am wiped. Weigh in tomorrow at 530am. Yippy. I feel that I didn't lose this week though not sure whats up. I will do 300 crunches!!!!!!

I can do 10 Miles as well- I will walk/ run it so that's a little over a mile in half a day :) I can do i t!!! I need to alternate my running and walking because I suck at running! I can't wait for weigh in tomorrow!!! Off to a birthday party for all day!

- I ran my mile today and it took me 14miles. I am so tired. I am going to TRY TRY after my really busy day with work, eye appt and Mary Kay meeting tonight that I can walk another mile. I am struggling with my eating today with just how fast today is going to prepare for supper. It might have to be a subway night tonight.

You guys are so awesome!!!!! I am writing all of these down and super excited to just put stuff in the crock pot while I am at work. We do cold pork on the grill never thought about the crock pot. We cook ours on grill for like 12 hours and its so tender and omg its just so good. Thanks again!!!

Scott- Yeah I talk with the person I signed up with almost everyday. I need that support of keep me going. I am doing this on my own so its scary to me I don't want to fail or stop doing it.
