I have an American Bulldog/Bull Mastiff- Memphis who is 140lbs and our puppy, Lucy (just turned 1) is a Saint Bernard/Lab and is about 100lbs. Both rescues and both AMAZING! I can't imagine life without them. I would post pics but I cant' figure out how!

I have an American Bulldog/Bull Mastiff who is a super chewer! He has not been able to chew through the Goughnut (goughnut.com) that I bought him $35 but they will replace it less shipping if he is able to! I also go through a lof of rawhides and he happens to LOVE frisbees which are thankfully pretty cheap. My Saint…

I tried to do the 30DS a few months back and only got a week into it before going on vacation. I have been contemplating starting again, perhaps this is the kick in the pants I need to start again!

I have not found anything healthy at Red Robin... but then I always get sucked into eating their fries dipped in campfire sauce!

Very interesting stuff!

Maybe when you get there you can go grocery shopping with the future MIL! It will be a bonding experience!

Try chewing a stick of minty gum while you make dinner, you will be less likely to pick at the food!

I watched my boyfriend attempt it once. He was completely out of shape and tried it and was sore for a week. He never did it again! I would say just do what you can, but don't overdo it because you need to be able to do it again tomorrow. I was thinking about starting P90 (not P90x) tomorrow... and I am a bit nervous as…

What a cutie! We got a mystery rescue puppy too, they knew the mom was american bulldog but no idea about the dad and now he is a 125lb cuddle bug! I love him!

Maybe you can start a walking group, we started a few weeks ago and the ladies I work with count on me to be there. Sometimes we only walk for 15-20 minutes, but that's 20 minutes of movement! Just meet in the same spot at the same time and start walking, I know if I'm late I just try to catch up with them!

I am sooo glad other people feel this way too! It is so frustrating to step on the scale and not loose anything but you know it's working because your clothes are looser and you feel better! I think I might need to get out the measuring tape and keep track that way as well!

I am from Michigan as well! I agree with both of these! Be honest with yourself and enter all the food that you eat, it will only help you understand your eating habits and where you may struggle. Drink lots of water...learn to love it! And start moving, even if it's just a 10 minute walk! This site has been fantastic for…

Great job! I love it too!!!! I started working out on January 3 and lost 12lbs and then NOTHING... I was stuck. I started on MFP about 4 weeks ago and have dropped an additional 8lbs!
