  • Kroger's Simple Truth brand also has Low Cow ice cream that's as good as Halo Top, but runs cheaper, for those of you that have it in your area. It has the same issue as that & Arctic Zero though....rock hard. I get tired of trying to get a bite before I even get through the 1/2 cup serving!

  • As soon as a regular soda hits my tongue, I almost gag from the taste. I've found ordering unsweetened tea & keeping stevia in my purse has taken away that fear from me. Cutting sodas all together helped, as aspartame & sucralose give me major munchies that I just don't want to deal with!
  • I like my zucchini "stir fried" with butter, salt, & pepper. Sometimes throw in chicken to make it a "dish" Eggplant is something I dice very finely & hide in sauces. I don't like the taste or texture of it, but it bulks up sauces nicely without making them icky.

  • I know my husband (letter carrier) drinks protein everyday after work, because he just can't EAT enough protein so that his muscles recover from the 8 hours of walking. As it is now, he eats til he's tired of chewing, several times a day. He's ALWAYS hungry. It's like having a teenager!
