Yeah, if I bring chicken leftovers I always eat it cold because I don't like that weird, funky flavor it gets after being nuked. I agree with the others that when it's more spiced up or in a stronger sauce/marinade that it helps mask that flavor.

Um, not to be TMI...but pretty much everyone I know calls those Fart Bars. Like seriously, they taste good but they give serious issues.

Yeah, that sounds like a myth. Water boils off reducing it but I think the calories stay the same.

Amazing transformation! You look great and I love your side by side photos...awesome idea! :)

I used to track 30DS under circuit training but now I have a HRM. Finished W1D3 today and it felt pretty good. My hamstrings are sore!!! I am upgrading to 8lb weights for some of the moves and it is kind of killer!

My hips are 41 and I just bought a size 10 pair of jeans. In regular pants I am a 12 though (less stretchy material).

Polar FT7 is what I have and it has been great so far in the past 2 months that I've owned it. It was definitely worth the money! :)

I'm in! I just finished day 1/level 1 of Ripped in 30 today and I agree that it's tougher than level 1 of 30DS. I have a HRM and I burned about 70 more calories than I normally did on level 2 of 30DS!! (I never really got into level 3 b/c it was seemed to tear up my knees too much). Is anyone going to do the free JM diet…

ME TOO!!! I don't like how it feels on my teeth!! Sounds weird...but kind of like how when you eat fresh spinach you get that "gritty" feeling or whatever? I don't get it with regular yogurt at all, which I eat nearly every day. Sad because Greek yogurt is so good for you.

We have a nice zoo here. There is an underground tour in Pioneer Square...I have never been but I hear it is kind of cool. You could check out a Mariner's game. We like to take out of town guests to Alki Beach too..it is pretty close to town and is really great on a nice day. You get to see the entire Seattle skyline from…

Congrats! Awesome work!! Dress looked beautiful! You give me inspiration....I'm getting married in October and want to lose 20lbs before then. :)

I'm 5'7 and 179 and mine are 16 inches. I've always had big ones and then got bigger when I played soccer...must've been all the sprinting. Oh well!

I have a WW scale that measures body fat that was kind of spendy and it's a piece of crap. I never know what the real weight is because it's like the weight gets "stuck" in it or something.

I saw all the other cute lunch boxes on your blog too. And people say that eating healthy can't be fun! :)

I just got a HRM and love it! However, I did some reading and it sounds like the consensus is that a HRM is not that great for tracking calories burned for strength training and is geared towards cardio activities. Anyway, just FYI if you are planning on depending on a HRM for accurate calorie count for weight lifting.

Depends on if you've been exercising at all up until this point. If you're really out of shape, then I might try the JM beginner thing first. If you feel like you're at least somewhat fit, then I'd just start with the Shred. It definitely kicks your butt!! I have to say it's pretty amazing....I haven't even been doing it a…

I just got tired of feeling out of control. MFP and all the people on the boards have helped me start to internalize the difference between a "diet" and a "lifestyle change"...and that it's your overall choices over the long term that make the biggest difference. I am not dropping weight as fast as I used to but this feels…

It doesn't look like you are regularly eating breakfast from what I can see. That can slow your metabolism down. You should really try to eat something every morning even if you're not a breakfast person. I never used to eat breakfast but over the past year or two I've made it more of a habit and I think it makes a huge…

I was the same way at your age (I'm 31 now). I always thought I was huge compared to other girls and now that I look back I realize that it was all in my head. You have a *very* nice shape. It's easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to others but it's a losing battle. Maybe you could work on shifting your emphasis…
