Resistance training with elastic bands; cheap & quiet.

X2, and try to cut as much refined sugar out as possible.

It sounds funny but drink (more) water, aim for 10 8 ounce cups a day, and be wary of the salt & sodium you intake. Just remember your body is a machine, I'll burn what you give it (including any you've "stored up"). Don't loose your motivation, stay consistent and you'll reap the rewards.

You have to be kidding, there is a surprising amount of change in your stomach. Nice work. Your face looks a little inflated though.

I actually gained a few pounds when I started working out, same diet, with exercise included. After a few weeks I started to loose again.
-
Yup, I also plan in advance. I've noticed that it's getting easier and easier to plan ahead of time.

I cut out sugar & creamer over the course of three month; first sugar then the creamer. I figure if your loading it up you might as well just drink something else with caffeine. The only exception to this is when I make a latte, but now I use almond milk.

For the first four months I followed it to the letter, now I use it's basic idea with my own twist. So yeah, I would go for it.

Same thing happened here, I actually gained weight for the first few weeks of "exercise", It'll start again. In the mean time you'll lose inches. I started off at the same weight. Congrats so far.

You really do look like a different person, from the neck down anyways...
-
You even look happier, I've found that I feel generally better.

I picked up some Nutiva hemp seed on Amazon.
-
Nice, starting is the hardest part.
-
I use the unsweetened on cereal, it's a little thicker than skim milk but the flavor is not bad at all.
-
Nice work, you started out a within a few pounds of me, and we have the same goal weight.
-
I've also found it to be fairly accurate, but food wise I weigh every gram I put in.
-
1. I am 6 pounds away from my goal. I recently changed my weight loss to 0.5 lbs/week and since my settings are on "lightly active" that gives me 1500 calories/day. ****Is this too much?**** (i eat my exercise calories back, usually) Sounds about right. 2. ****Should I reevaluate my goal weight?**** (and to what? LOL)…

X2 on the nuts... Almonds, Brazil, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Macadamia, Walnuts, Pecans, Pistachios Hey where are your greens?

My wife is a size 8/10 and I think it's perfect.

The meal plan that comes with P90X is pretty good, I do sort of a south beach thing. Just find the type of good carbohydrates that fill you up. I find steel cut oats to be just that.

What I have found is to treat my body like a machine, sounds funny right? Think about it, would you pour used oil into your car? I'm on this kick right now where I don't eat anything that has been processed more than two steps. For instance steel ground oats instead of rolled quick oats, or split chicken breast on a salad…
