I'm in a similar place, restarting after a few years. I had a major transformation 6 years ago, and then had a baby, lost weight again, and then started working full-time and gained it ALL BACK plus extra. WTF. I love being in my 30s. I always wanted to be a respected business woman and that is exactly what I have accomplished at 36. I make my own vegetarian sushi at home, sometimes with smoked salmon( but high in sodium) , with brown rice and less mayo It's super easy after a few practice runs. Sometimes I make a sushi bowl instead, so i can have more veggies, and top it with ahi tuna.
