    I havenā€™t had the best start to the year. I know that Iā€™ve gained some by the fitting of clothes. Since Monday I started a fresh. Maybe Iā€™ll make it to goal this month.

    I'm curious - do any of you fine folks practice intermittent or extended fasting? If so, what are your windows?

    Iā€™m doing IF- itā€™s kind of new to me but it has helped a LOT with evening snacking which is my go-to downfall. Mostly do 16/8 but not too strict about exact times. I actually find it quite flexible.
