Jan 10- 194.2 From bad to worse. I am experiencing severe evening/nighttime glucose drops. Correcting it is putting me over cals & carbs for the day. On the good side, I have been increasing my activity tremendously. Iām hoping that will help.

Iām doing IF- itās kind of new to me but it has helped a LOT with evening snacking which is my go-to downfall. Mostly do 16/8 but not too strict about exact times.
