@fidangul - I know how you feel, but once you get back into your routine of normal eating I’m sure you’ll shed the weight! You got this!
This is a lifestyle journey and along everyone's path there are rest areas, detours, traffic jams, wrong turns, vehicle issues, delays, and speed bumps. Today is a great day to continue on your journey.

I gained weight over the past year and want to get down to where I was at at the beginning of last year. I am optimistic about this and am hoping that this will help keep me accountable.

I’ve gained 18 pounds since I graduated school in May ‘18. I’m not crazy set on what the scale says cause I’m also looking to gain muscle but I’d like to join the challenge anyway!

Jan 14: 163.0 lbs surprised I lost weight as I haven't been eating very well. It's been such a stressful month so far and I'm struggling with NOT turning to food for comfort.

I IF 18/6. Lunch is at noon M-Friday at work, and try to eat lunch at noon on the weekends. Dinner is between 5-6:00. I don't eat after 6.
If I am going out, meal times are adjusted to fit my 6 hour window.

Naija82 - What has helped me recently is to pre-decide what I'm going to eat the next day. That way you don't end up making choices at the moment. Try 1 day at a time.1 -
