I have made sure to drink my water this week. I have had such a problem with drinking water that it is my many focus.

New Year, Here we go again. Need something to get me motivated. Older person and it is harder to get the weight off each year. Work 2 days a week, take care of older parents with health problems, husband with cancer, leader in a women's group. Getting lazy at exercise and eating correctly.

Could be water weight.
You are still loosing. Body is adjusting to new things, eating times and exercise.
Remember this is a life journey and at times we go through detours, go over speed bumps, take an exit, or get stuck in traffic. Keep focused on the road ahead and not what is in the rear view mirror.6 -

Jan 10- 194.2 From bad to worse. I am experiencing severe evening/nighttime glucose drops. Correcting it is putting me over cals & carbs for the day. On the good side, I have been increasing my activity tremendously. I’m hoping that will help.
Jan 17- 189.9 Feeling better and easing back into better meal plans. Let’s keep this ball rolling!
Jan 24- 190.8 Total failure this week, this month, this year so far. I’m just going to keep trying and remain inspired by you all.

On this life journey there are speed bumps, traffic jams, exits, delays, slow moving lane and fast moving lane. Forget what is in the rear view mirror and focus on the road ahead. You are down from your December weight. Be proud of that.2 -

Total loss for January: My scale went up three pounds overnight from my late night feast. Oh well. It's still a bit lower than the beginning of January, and my ten-day average weight is definitely back down at/below goal about 2.25 pounds less than the beginning of the month. Last week's scale weight was an anomaly; I had that nasty gut virus running amok in my intestines.
