So far so good. I’m getting back into routines. Cooking healthy dinners. Prepping snacks. Shopping sales. I’m just feeling more organized. My sugar cravings are mostly gone which is a relief. I’ve found myself going towards unhealthy food without even thinking and then stopping myself. I’ve also been doing yoga daily which has been making my muscles feel good. In a couple weeks I’m going to add another little home exercise routine.10 -

Ultimate Goal Weight: 170-175lbs (This may change when I hit this weight)
Jan 1: 188.7 - I got down to 185 in 9/2019, then I let my emotions run with my food intake, then the holidays hit and I gained a lot of it back. January I decided I have to make a change. Im struggling but it takes consistency to get where I want to be. Glad to be in a challenge group.

Whoops my halo slipped this week. only one good thing to come out of this, all the Christmas chocolates and goodies have been eaten and the fridge is now filled with fresh salad and veggies. Myself and hubby both had horrible colds this past week, Hubby is on board so will hopefully be easier to get back on it😀😀7 -

I started a weight loss program in 2008 and have been ever heading in the right direction with some bumps in the road along the way. I have recently put on about 9 lbs over the last year and want to get things under control before it gets out of hand. Started tracking again Jan. 1st.
