  • Pasta sauce has alot of sodium. I usually scoop some garlic and some pepper into it then chop a tomato (diced) and mix that in. You can stir in some ground turkey and some cinnamon as well - gives it a nice flavor and some protein. I live on spaghetti squash. Its a good fill you up.

  • My happy weight is 120... I was there, now back up to 127 now back to 124 - its a balance now of food and exercise - I have a hard time feeding back in after exercising...   • drink water. water water. it takes 3500 cals to gain a pound - so it is water. the same thing happened to me last week - so for two days i pounded water and cleaned up my eating - only fresh veggies steamed with chicken or fish and lots of fruit - it dropped away pretty quickly.

  • Its basically all fruits and veggies with lean meats and fish. No processed foods or dairy. Also known as the caveman diet. I relied on fruits for my carb intake.
