Steady gain...

First 120 was my oh no number (i had dropped from 140) -- then it was 122 then 123 now this morning I crossed over the the other side - 125.5. I know this doesnt sound like a lot, but i have a small frame and was happy at my 118... I am steadily gaining again and am afraid of 130. Need to start logging again and stop drinking beer.

    well get to it!!! At least you know where your weakness is! You haven't gotten out of control and you're reeling it back in before you are so good for you! You can do it, get your focus back and you'll be back on track at 118 in no time! Good luck,

    It's amazing the difference logging makes. Get back to logging EVERYTHING that passess your lips and you'll soon be back to 118, good luck.:smile:

    WAS AT 127 TODAY! holy moly!!! no beer today. logged everything... i will feel the extra weight when i run this week!
