Paleo Diet

I followed this last week - found I was eating ALOT of fruits and ALOT of veggies and lean meats. I didnt follow it exactly, but definitely had a ton of energy and started to see results... til the weekend when I had chicken bacon ranch pizza, veggie pizza, mcdonalds, and amstel lites.... My workout was a STRUGGLE this am - whereas last week I felt great!

Anyone tried it?

    Its basically all fruits and veggies with lean meats and fish. No processed foods or dairy.
    Also known as the caveman diet.
    I relied on fruits for my carb intake.

    Thats like the 'hunter gatherer' diet rite?!?! How did you portion everything out...like how many fruits/veggies/meats did you eat? I have definitely heard great things about this diet - just by having everything 'clean' and not processed!

    I tried the Amstel diet,it works pretty good for me.
