Processed Foods

I have gone all week without eating anything processed - except for a couple of saltines. I am finding that I am not craving my normal mid day sweet binge. I am not as hungry. Lots of fruits in smoothies. Bison meat chili without beans this week - served over spinach. Cashew butter on celery.

    natures promise brand at stop and shop... near the peanut butter:) Its good!
