Yes, I still do it and it's still great! Challenging every time and I see myself getting stronger and more toned. I'm able to lift heavier weights to keep it challenging. I never did classes before this, but I think I was really missing out. It keeps me so much more motivated and I get a way better workout than by myself.

There's no evidence that it makes you gain weight. Some speculation, but no real evidence. Pay attention to how you feel after you drink it. Do you crave sugar more? Bloat? If not, it's probably ok for you.

I have not tried that, but fat free sour cream works well in the crock pot. Greek yogurt has kind of a gritty texture that might be noticeable in there.
