More protein to morning smoothies without adding carbs. How do you do it?

More protein to morning smoothies without adding carbs. How do you do it?

meat? tuna? haha j/k.
Hmmm... protein powders? Greek yogurt, milk... but yeah, those have some carbs in 'em, if you're avoiding.
The only just-protein-no-carb foods I know are meats. So... protein powders are the only option I can figure. PB2 I'd think, although I'm not sure. Nuts and nut butters aren't too carby, and they have some proteins... although they're mainly a nice fat source.

unless you want to start putting chicken breast in your smoothies you don't have many options other than protein powder0
