More protein to morning smoothies without adding carbs. How do you do it?

    Hmmm... protein powders? Greek yogurt, milk... but yeah, those have some carbs in 'em, if you're avoiding.

    The only just-protein-no-carb foods I know are meats. So... protein powders are the only option I can figure. PB2 I'd think, although I'm not sure. Nuts and nut butters aren't too carby, and they have some proteins... although they're mainly a nice fat source.

    Hm. Smoothies and low carbs don't go together well.

    unless you want to start putting chicken breast in your smoothies you don't have many options other than protein powder
