I dont see how cutting out preservatives, additives, and ect, could possibly ever be a bad thing? All people are different. Genetics plays a big part in if they can live off junk food and still be healthy. I think you are crazy if you think eating nothing but processed foods all day can be better than eating non-processed…

There are many ideas on "clean eating" for alot of different people. I try to stay away from most processed foods, I buy my meat from local farmers I know, Iand I try to eat mostly veggies everyday. I put a great big stress on TRY also.....lol

Everything and anything in moderation and I dont think it will kill you right away. Personally, I just enjoy knowing where the food I eat is coming from and what people added to it before I eat it. Just my personal preference.....

It isnt a plateau if you are still losing weight. 2-3 pounds a week is very good weight loss if you are doing it correctly:)

Yes!!! I am constantly on my feet all day running and I dont log it because that is my everyday routine!

Well, if it makes you feel better then thats great! Do you own a HRM? You would be able to actually see if you are burning the cals you are.

I never log it either. You need to get your heart rate in the fat burning zone and keep it steadily there for the max fat burning. Lots of stops and slows in house cleaning.
