Great Job!! I find it easier to stay on track at work. Weekends are hardest for me when I don't have the same routine.
-
My daughter and I tried this last night. I have had the noodles in my frig for two weeks because I was afraid to make them because of what I heard about how hard they were to prepare or they would taste horrible. We actually thought it was pretty good. Not afraid of them any more. :)

Those look wonderful. Thanks for sharing the photo. I am so making this tonight for my daughter and I.

Would love to see a picture of what it looked like after you cooked them.

Your diary is not public.

I use the receipe section and put in all the ingredients. Then I estimate how much got soaked up by my marinade and record it that way.

Everyone is different. I don't eat my exercise calories because I want to lose faster.

I have heard that people add them on as they lose weight as a reminder of where they have been and not to go back.

Like to know too. Have knee problems too and was hoping all it was was the excess weight.

I made those for supper last night...I thought I had created something new. I will even make them for my daughter who will love them when she gets home this memorial day weekend. She will love making them on her own when she wants something low calorie.

That is correct there is decaffeinated tea and that would be okay to count toward your water intake.
-
The reason you can't count tea or coffee is because it is caffeniated and caffeine has the opposite effect as water does. Caffeine dehydrates you. I wouldn't log it in as exercise if that is what you were doing before you wanted to lose weight since that is part of your daily routine. That would be exercise in my case since I just haul my laptop about 50' from where I park my car and sit right down to my desk on the first floor. Laura
