spinach with weight watchers mozzarellla & a tablespoon of parmesean cheese is my fav.... its lower in cals than you'd think!

Did you just start exercising? It could be that you're retaining water from making a big change. It's very common. You're doing the right thing. Increase your water intake if its not already high. Keep in mind, you can't just get on the scale and say "okay body, lose weight right....NOW!!" You're doing great! :flowerforyou:

I run on a treadmill at a 1% incline (to make it more like outside.) I know it's muscular... would bengay or iceyhot or something like that help?
