    Your food/exercise diary is only as honest as you are. :-) That being stated, it's a pretty straightforward website and has a lot of good discussions. I tried a couple other sites and this one isn't so "slick" but it's useful.

    This is a great site and a handy tool but to cheat ah you would only be cheating yourself =) hehe Im so done being a cheater!
