Simple answer: PF doesn't cater to a certain segment of the population in a judgmental way but claims to be a judgment free zone.

For me, I don't eat before my 30 minute weekday runs. For my long weekend run (if in the morning), I have been having juice and a fruit.

I might as well come clean as well. My profile picture is not how I look.

The only reward that I decided to give myself (so far) is to get a new smoker when I get to 110 lost.

I'm morbidly obese and I am able to run fine. I would like to add to the recommendations to start with a program such as C25K.

Yes, there are different versions of the program. I think the original is the one that ends week 9 with 30 minute runs.

Congrats :drinker:

I pretty much let my fitbit figure it out.

Awesome!

Heck, I already do that. In addition, everyone I know of that had it done has had some sort of complication. No…

Combination of B&C: Been wearing until they get too baggy but if I have something in storage, I'll use it. Unfortunately, I am running out of things in storage.

I've heard of this before. It's supposed to be something like sous vide but without buying special equipment.

To get to where I am now, my first fight was to get my issues under control. It took me from April to mid-August/early September to get back in control. I did not log anything as weight loss was not the motivation at that time. I actually think that not having weight loss as a motivation and not logging contributed to in…
