White chicken chili. 1/2 c green salsa, 2 chicken breasts, 1 c chicken broth, 2 cans white beans. Throw all in the crockpot for a few hours and you are done.

My hubby shaves his head. I love it. I can't imagine it any other way.

I'm in Poulsbo and work in Silverdale. Love the landscape. Hate the rain and clouds.

There is this forum. You can search for keywords. I like to use skinnytaste.com or allrecipes.com and tweak them a bit.

That is a place for you to add your own recipe to see the nutritional values.

Cut up veggies to dip in guacamole. Chile colorado, Spanish rice (for him), corn tortillas Strawberries. Dunk them in light sour cream and then splenda brown sugar blend. Very yummy.

Raw almonds. Hard boiled egg. Celery with unsweetened peanut butter.

My motivation is my daughter. Last winter she said she wanted to go hiking. Since then, I have lost 29lbs. We walk together several times a week. She is 4 and can do 3 miles without a problem. Next year we hope to do a 5 mile hike.

My daughter (now 4) has always eaten much more than the paperwork says that she should but is still only in the 30th percentile. The reason being: my husband owns a martial arts school so her life is in the gym, playing, running, etc. all day.

What about a protein smoothie? Or granola on top of greek yogurt?

Sashimi w/o the rice. Or sushi with brown rice. Or just try to go for things that are not fried and don't have thick sauces over them. I love spider rolls so everyone once in a while I will allow myself those and I just work out a little extra that day.

Good movie. Very sad. Also, watch 21 grams. Another good one.

I recently came across Chobani Champions. They are meant for kids so they're a bit smaller but still high in protein and fat free.
-
I get that craving too. I allow myself to eat a some sweets that are sugar free and low fat as long as I have worked out that day. My favorite right now are Pria Power bars. They are 110 calories but come in mint chocolate. So good but they also have protein. Or keep grapes and the likes on hand

Take your measurements. Chances are you are losing inches but not seeing it on the scale because you are replacing fat with muscle.
-
How many calories are you eating now? How many calories were you eating before. You may need time to adjust. Also, make sure that you are eating plenty of protein. That help sustain you blood sugar levels so they don't spike and then drop.

I also count every calorie.

I don't care for water but tea is excellent for hydrating yourself.

I am looking to lose around 70. In the first 2 weeks I have lost 8 and am feeling good. Good luck to you. If you put your mind to it, I know that you will succeed. The biggest thing that I have done is to cut my calories to about 1000-1200/day. I still allow my self a few treats, just in much smaller portions. Let me know…
