Definately start off with Turbo Jam. It is a great workout. Once you tire of Turbo Jam and you've increased your stamina, graduate to Turbo Fire.

I tried p90x and I hated it. The time went so slow! I did the workout for a few months and then it sat in the box. I finally sold it. Insanity looks good, but really intense. What is this about eating one meal a day? That is not good for your body! Try not to obsess over the scale. When I weight myself too often, my mood for the day is determined by the scale. I don't want feel good about the day and not beat myself up over a number! Weigh yourself once a week in the morning.

When I first started to workout, I paused the exercise DVD all the time! A 20 minute workout used to take 1 hour! Your stamina and strength will improve each time you workout. You can do it!

I picked up a Booster Juice smoothie yesterday and when I logged it into my food I was shocked! It was 532 calories!! I won't be having that again!!!

Thanks everyone for the advice! I will do my best to eat healthy and exercise. Hopefully, I will lose some weight. I am going to be more vigilant with taking prenatal vitamins. I'm excited for a fun summer and getting pregnant after!!
