I am way too low on calories today (like 400 too low). Any ideas? I have a plan for some frozen grapes but that doesn't get me too far.

I like peanut butter and apples! If you take a Granny Smith apple you have about 85 cals, plus about 80 per tbsp of peanut butter. Yogurt and cheese are good, higher calorie foods, and you could definitely 'spend' a lot of them on pasta!

Peanut butter! YUM! I don't get to eat it very often because my calories get used up so quickly, but when I do have the extra to spare it's the first thing I go for!

Almonds and a banana. An open-faced peanut butter sandwich? Maybe a couple of eggs scrambled with a serving of cheese and salsa?
