Dark greens - the darker the better. I have low iron and I supplement with a multivitamin packed with iron. I don't eat meat.

Also, if you make your salads with ice berg lettuce, try mixing it with salsa - but PACK it with veggies like corn, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, artichokes, the more the better... it's super low calorie and super tasty!

When you stop taking Zoloft, lots of things can happen, and it can take a while for your body to adapt to you not taking the medication. Make sure you go to bed and wake up every day at the same time - including weekends!

Incorrect. The scope in which eating disorders are developed span far beyond just 'obsessions'. I do agree though, about checking in with a mental health professional or a doctor.

First off: do what you want to do, not what others want you to do! Second: my hair used to be down to my butt. I will be doing my 7th day (lvl 1) of 30DS today, I know it's not September but I'd really like to contribute. I've dropped 4lbs so far and lost a total of 3 inches (0.5 of waist, 2 inches off hips, and 0.5 off my thighs).

It's best to always check with a doctor, but Jillian says she has 400lb people doing jumping jacks (part of her cardio routine), and she provides you with a modified version of most stuff.

I used to drink 1-4 XL Tim Horton's Double Double's, haven't bought one in about a month now! I drink 1-3 regular cups of coffee, with 2 creamers and 1 sugar packet at 73 calories now, much better than the Timmie's I was drinking!

Submarine sandwiches! I eat them layer by layer (bread first, lettuce, cheese, mushrooms, cucumbers...) it takes a long while and I get full pretty fast!
