I like roasted shrimp cocktail. 4oz shrimp with 1 tbls of cocktail sauce. I usually pair it with some thinly sliced english cucumber and artichoke hummus. 161 calories total for all! ....Just one of my favs.

I like to sauté zucchini and squash, with some onion and garlic. Then I just pour a can of fire roasted crushed tomatoes in the pot. add basil, salt to taste. a little oregano if you like. Its easy, and low fat. if you like it more saucy, you can add a bit of vegetable stock.

I really enjoy roasted shrimp cocktail with cocktail sauce ( only 100 calories for 4 oz of shrimp. -more bites=smaller shrimp, but same calories.) also, edamame is great for making you feel as if you have eaten a lot, while keeping your…

LMFAO! - Sound's about right. As For HGC recipes-my roommate is on this diet right now, the best thing I've tasted that she tried was shrimp with a marinade of ginger, garlic, orange juice, and a splash of white wine vinegar. It was really good. Keep on with your goals! That is a REALLY tough diet. Also-the spicy pepper…

Yes, that is what they say to do. The more you burn, the more you can eat. It is nice to have the option to eat more-however, I typically don't. (not sure if this helps, or hurts me in the long run)

Cinnamon and Banana slices is always good. They make a ton of freeze-dried (or also, dehydrated) fruit that is great to toss in with it. Freeze-dried Strawberries and Bananas, Cinnamon Apples, etc...Dehydrated cherries, with vanilla extract, or dried apricots with cinnamon and nutmeg. A little sugar-free, lo-cal preserves…
