    OMG it looks like my Grandma's date cake, only NOT a million calories per piece! (her recipe includes a pound of butter and 3 cups of sugar, to be made into a 9x9 cake!!!)

    SO fabulous! I'm not concerned about gluten, so I'll probably use regular flour, but WOW oh WOW
