  • It's the calves for me too! My body was willing, but mainly my right calf was not. Hopefully tonights heating pad on it will resolve it. I will be at the gym weightlifting today as well. Back day, sick of this back fat spilling over my bra. :smile:
  • This man ain't playin! I finally got my DVDs in and I burned 400 calories today. I could've burned way more, but I couldn't sustain through all the reps. Fortunately there is a light at the end of the tunnel and i will be pushing play again in the am and weightlifting later this afternoon.
