I really don't have much faith that the Packers will win...they did a good job today but they really don't match up well against the Seahawks who are probably the elite team in the nfl right now...will take a herculean effort next Sunday! :'( ;)

Packers are the best from a guy from the Milwaukee area...they played their hearts out today...Dallas is a good team and Romo has redeemed the knocks on him...the dez catch/no catch wasn't the only play in that game so people need to cool it...by the way by the rules it was no catch! B)

I also have arch issues and the brooks for over pronation have done me a world of good...feet used to hurt all the time now not at all...I weight about 240 so there is a lot of stress on my feet...good luck!!

our pump class says you will burn up to 550 calories...I feel as if I burn 55,000,000 when I come out!! I do enjoy it immensely!! It does make a diff if you like you trainer...we have one who only yells at us so we don't go there!! :grumble: :explode: :ohwell:
