I used to work out with my knee in high school too and as long as I did modified versions and wore my knee brace I am fine. That injury was over 11 years ago now as well.

Logging Exercise will up your calorie goal. its called eating back your calories. (I never do)

Welcome...Congrats on already losing 30lbs! I believe you can lose the last 60! This site had made me excited to loose weight. I have a goal of 100lbs (115lbs max) I want to get down to 135lbs. I'm glad your getting it checked. I exercise almost every night. Any where from 20 minutes - 60 minutes. I've cut my calorie intake down from about 3,000 calories a day to 1,400 calories.

Glad I am not the only one. I am currently 2 days late, but I am not worried too much about it. My chest hurts and it is even harder to do 30 Days with it hurting due to you jumping. I just want it to come so I'm not in pain in that area anymore.

The only way for me to work out is after work. Here's the kicker: I get off work at 11, get home around 11:30ish, and start my workout at 12am. Yea I need a sports bra as well... I need bigger size, I am a 42F. Any suggestions as to where I can get a comfy one that is VERY supportive of a heavy chest during a workout. I am looking for reasonable cost as well. (NOT INSANELY OVER PRICED)

depends on how active they are. I have a 1400 calorie diet because my dogs keep me moving. id have lower due to having a desk job but taking my dogs out a few times a day and running with them, which i dont log... then on top of that... i do exercise that i log!
