I get my c25k calories burned from my fit bit, which is like a HRM. It's hard to log c25k without a HRM. What speed did you walk and run at? If you can give it up for just 3 days the cravings will go away and you'll then be able to eat it in moderation. Try to treat yourself at the end of the day so you're not craving all day. You can save up your calories and eat them over the weekend. You can also try calorie cycling or zig-zagging. For example sometimes I'll do Mon 1730 tues 1442 weds 1298 Thurs 1586 Fri 1442 sat 1442 sun 1154 It keeps your metabolism on its toes and allows for "going over".

Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil til they are translucent. Add a can or 2 or crushed organic tomatoes and 1 or 2 bay leaves. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 30 min. Add fresh herbs like basil or parsley at the very end. YUMMM.

I make apple sauce for my babe. I also keep apple sauce on hand for baking. Substitute it in cake recipes, add it to pancakes instead of oil. I add it to oatmeal and porridges for the baby. It's fine. If I'm having an "over" day I'll just change my setting for that day to "maintenance". Tell yourself, today I am maintaining not losing weight. And start again the next day. And hand jobs... those will also help.

I don't drink nearly as much now bc it's no fun at 6 am when you're hung over and have a 9 month old crawling up your back ready to be go climb the walls of your house. Also, I breastfeed so I hae to pump to drink bc I am anal and don't allow formula.

This is way too much ofa deficit! BMR is cals expended if you were in a coma! Uf you don't eat enough your body freaks out and metabolism slows down etc etc = no weight loss

I went from around 145lbs to now 124 lbs rating 1550 cals a day and eating every single one of my exercise cals and then some in atound 3 monts. I am also 5'6".

what I do (bc I'm lazy) is just type in like "spinac h salad" and pick the one that is closest in cals. You're probably talking about 50 cals of veggies, 30 cals of cheese, 30 cals of lite vinagrette... find a salad for around 110....I'm not typing "onion" 5 cals, tomato 6 cals cucumber 12 etc... pssshhh!
