another c25k question

Probably asked before but how do we log?? MFP says I burned 128 cals but my app says 227 cals...

    I get my c25k calories burned from my fit bit, which is like a HRM. It's hard to log c25k without a HRM. What speed did you walk and run at? I walk at 4.4 and run at 6.3 and usually burn around 200 cals for a 30-35 min session. Hope that helps a little. Let me know if you have any more questions and good luck! And go slow! Jog!

    I am starting C25k monday but I would go with the app if it asks for height, weight, etc. because it is tracking your speed and distance for you. But if you have a HRM definitely use that!

    Thanks...I don't have a hrm but I will go with what the app says...it did ask for height and weight when I started so I will say that should be accurate

    It probably isnt as accurate as an HRM but if you are like me and on a budget (a very very small budget at that) then the app should be just fine. If they don't ask for the other info it's too hard to tell.
