I buy workout clothes. First off I'm obsessed with them. And they usually keep fitting even after you lose weight if you buy them a little fitted. I also bought a pair of awesome pants but it's the size I want to be! And I keep them hanging up so I can see them everyday :)

If I have time. I usually keep going! I would then run for a song, walk for a song, etc etc until I was ready to go in. So far it's working for me :) and makes me happier lol

How long have you been stalled? It might be because you increased your water and your body will hold onto it before letting it go. I also took a peek at your diary,(just a couple days) you might want to try and start adding more vegetables to your diet. Are you doing any strength training?

I like to count to 10 when I start to feel wiped out during a run interval. I would count to 10 each time I planted my right foot (so like 20 footsteps) and then I would count to 10 again..
