If you google you can find videos of using cups instead of weighing food on a scale. The difference calorie wise is crazy. You do not have a lot of wiggle room to lose weight and often it is the weighing that helps you see what you really should be eating portion wise.
-
Do you weigh all your food on a food scale? Your stats are like mine and I know I have to be brutal to lose weight. No scanning bar codes, no eyeballing it or using measuring cups.
-
How did you gain weight ion the first place? Because maybe you need to eat a few of the foods that got you there, at least you know you can tolerate those.

Avocado, one whole one is close to 300 cals. Nut butters 1 tbsp is 100 cals. Super easy to add healthy calories.

You look fabulous! Great work. My stomach is my easy area too, but my thighs are the pits. So I go to the gym and do circuit training, after 6 months I am seeing a difference all over. I used to only run and walk, but now with the gym training with weights I am really realising the benefit. You probably do not need to lose…

Eat the calories MFP tells you and chalk it up to a one night thing.

2 pounds a week when you are larger is not a bad thing. It will slow as you reach your goal weight for sure. If you are simply not eating enough add a handful of nuts eat day, that will fix it.

Using the bar code scanner is not a good method unless you weigh it to check the portion size is accurate. Use the bar code scanner, then weight then work out how much your portion is calorie wise. In the end it does not matter if you eat 1200 calories of doughnuts or 1200 calories of cauliflower. You just have to eat less…

Eat some more food. If you cannot work out what to eat for those cals you need to see a nutritionist. I would take a sweet potato and turn it in to oven baked fries, then I would eat them with jalapeno ketchup. I never understand these posts.
-
Wow. You look great. Lots of hard work and commitment there.

I am one of those people you look at and think "how is it easy for her to eat less". I am 5'6" and 140 pounds, at 52 years of age. I would like to weigh a bit less, but I don't. I gained and lost 70 pounds with each of three pregnancies, and it was brutal. I think about what I eat every single day, I never just wing it for…

I love the taste of kombucha but I agree it has no health benefits at all, there is literally no scientific proof of it. But because I like the acidy taste of it I drink it instead of booze. Lower calorie, zingy taste. I like any ginger ones but my current favourite is Wonder Kombucha Cherry Cassis. Totally delicious.

It is really tough to lose a small amount when you are already smallish. I have ten pounds like that.
-
Yes, definitely smaller and more toned looking. Keep up the great work.
-
Any digital scale should be okay. I have a tanita scale that would work.

You lost 10 pounds in a week? If so then it is likely not to be fat unless you started at 400 pounds. You never "need" to exercise, but it is good for health and longevity. It also allows you to eat a little bit more and is very good for mental health.

Try pre-logging your food for today and tomorrow, and stick to it. I find that really helps at times like this.
-
How do you measure your calories? Do you read labels and use that as your guide, or do you weigh your food? You are a good weight for your height, which makes it harder to lose weight without being very careful about calorie counting. You might find you are underestimating the number of calories you are eating, otherwise…

Just walk it, no point doing yourself an injury. As long as you do 5k all is good. Some people run slower than my walk. True story.

It is like that here, either call the moment the line opens or show up on the doorstep and wait in the cold until they open the doors. Hopefully you get through at some point and can be seen. You do look very thin to me, but more concerning is the rapid weight loss. Whilst you are waiting to be seem maybe try to add some…

Did you get your ears checked? Vertigo can be caused by inner ear issues.

Mountains of vegetables. I love to feel full too.

I like Vega choc a lot, I make it with almond milk. Lots of protein and greens. I often make it up and take it with me to the gym. If I am feeling wild I add banana and greek yogourt.

Looking at their seat maps their pitch is 29", so very high density really. They do have some extra leg room seats, that might help the OP feel less crammed in. No idea how you get those. https://www.seatguru.com/airlines/EasyJet_Airlines/easyJet_Airlines_Airbus_A319.php But the flight to Iceland from the UK is really…
-
You need to fit in the seat with the arm rest down. You might want to try to get an aisle seat as that way you can lean towards the aisle if you feel like you are not able to fit well. Middle seats are not fun if you are bigger. Not fun for you or the person next to you. Does easy jet have a premium economy with bigger…

Maybe add some nut butters to up your caloric intake and also add some good protein and oils. One tablespoon will easily add 100 cals, plus it tastes great.

Does your hotel room have a microwave or small kitchen? When I travel I tend to gravitate to places that are more extended stay suites and then I go to the grocery store and buy food. Eating out is hard for prolonged periods. For dinner, if you are paying, you really do not have to eat at the hotel. So hard to calculate…

Until you start weighing your food you have no real idea how much you are actually eating a day. That "600 cals" you think you are eating could easily be 1200 actual calories.
-
No, 600 calories are not enough, but if you took the calories of the package, and did not weigh them out, then you actually have no idea how much you really ate. You need to weigh your food. If you are full it is because you actually ate more than you think.
-
If you are taking the calories from the sides of the package then chances are you are actually eating way more than you think. The only way to accurately calculate your intake is to use a food scale to weigh everything you put in your mouth. Liquids measure with a cup. Chances are you are eating way more than you think,…
