I am doing New Rules of Lifting for Women. I had a trainer go over the first exercises with me so that I was sure I wouldn't hurt myself. Now I actually enjoy it!

I want a pin-up dress too! I have my eye on one from Blue Velvet Vintage that would look wonderful next summer at a friend's Hawaiian wedding.

Drink it straight. It takes less time and the aftertaste goes away fairly quickly.

I have to weigh less than 175 to be considered for a schooling opportunity that I want.

I shaved it as a fundraiser. It is still growing bacik. I do regret it. I would have just found the money myself if I had known how LONG IT TAKES TO GROW! It's been a year and the longest hairs are now 6 inches.

I started by buying a whey based protein powder. AT 100 cal a scoop it brings up those calories right quick. Add a scoop to milk, smoothies, oatmeal, cottage cheese, or yogurt.

Sorry can't get the recipe now but I have a super low fat pumpkin pie filling. If put on a Trader Joe's low fat Ginger Cat crust comes out pretty dang good! I just guess which catagory in the MFP database it's closest to and use that one. You can cross check the value with other websites on whatever you pick. I am hoping for an HRM for Christmas. Try kickboxing as the MFP exercise and see if you think that's fair.

I really prefer messages to come with requests. I really do. That said, one of my best friends didn't send a message. It took me 2 weeks to decide to accept. Now I am so glad I did. Sometimes it pays to take a chance.

GuruMeditationEr is right. There are tons of reasons not to be losing. Are you getting enough fluids? Are you eating enough? Define healthy. What kind of exercise? Congrats on your 5kg loss, that's great! I hope you can figure out what isn't working and turn it around.
