  • I have to buy Juno, my husky, the stuffing free toy's. She love's the squeeky toy's, but even the stuffing free one's she plays with a bit, then tears it up to find the squeeky in it. She has even managed to tear up every Kong toy I have bought her, along with 2 of my bedspreads. I am going to try the antlers they are…

  • I am no expert, but I have been working a program here for 2 years. I eat lot's of fruit, on a daily basis, and have since I started here. It don't seem to be hurting me, but everyone looses differently. Goodluck!
  • Springfield here!
  • I started working out at Premier and my worst friend has always been my scale. It seems to call my name, and I find myself on it daily. Well this morning was my regular weigh in day, and after all the workouts I had been doing, I was really upset at 0.5 pounds off for the week. I eat healthy, and measure everything, and…
  • I had tried many different programs before I came here to MFP. Some of those I paid dearly for and none of it worked. Once I got in here, which my niece referred me here, things started going a lot better and I started loosing. I understand myself more now, what really kills me on my weight loss, and that I am not doing it…
  • I am 5'5 and 185. I started here at 267. I got down as low as 165, but after surgery last October, no exercise allowed the rest of the year, and the holidays I ended up putting back on almost 25 pounds. I just started back working out yesterday. I am headed to the gym shortly and I will have my daughter get a pic of me to…

  • I would LOVE to go camping! Relax by the fire, read, fish and do a whole bunch of nothing!
  • What a great post, and a great way to look at what you are doing. You are doing great, and have a very stong attitude also. I like the scoreboard!
  • That would be me! I am 44, raised 8 kids, have 15 grandchildren, and never anytime for myself. Didn't I mention I am also a truckdriver? My BFF said I need to get a "new sexy hairdo" to compliment the 107 pounds I have lost. I told her at 44, I didn't know the word "sexy and hair-do" even belonged in the same sentence!…
  • We are struggling together my friend, but together, we will get there eventually! I am looking at about 27 more to loose, and your right, it is alot harder now. Keep up the great job kiddo!
  • You have done a great job!! I have been bouncing around in the same 5lb range now since Feb. Up a couple, then down a couple. It gets frustrating then. Keep up the GREAT work!!
  • At least I know I am not the only one that feels this way. After being obese, for over 28 years now, I still can't stand the way I look. I have lost almost 100lbs now, and I am no longer labeled "obese". When I crossed the line, I said to myself hmm, I'm no longer obese, now I'm just very overweight. Was that supposed to…
  • I started out with them hand in hand. For me, one was no good without the other.
  • Oh, and drink lots of water!! I usually get in 8-10 glasses a day.
  • I have found that sodium hurts me worse then calories! I try to keep my sodium under 1500 as much as possible. It is hard for me sometimes though when I work 14-15 hour days and have to pack all of my meals.
  • Your topless pics look AWESOME compared to mine, so I won't share them. ;-D Awesome job as usual dear! My first MFP friend!!
  • It's the little things Hott Momma. They all count!
  • It's never to late! The people here are AWESOME! You will get all of the support you need here. I have tried several programs, and paid for most of them. Never worked, for long anyways. I LOVE MFP! I have made so many friends here, and when I stumble or fall, they pick me up and dust me off. Back on track I go! Glad to see…
  • Awesome! I know I felt that way when I could finally get my big butt into a pair of jeans with a tag that said "skinny jeans"! Yes, I know. it means the size of the pants legs, but they didn't make em in my size. LOL
  • Welcome Angie! Glad to see that you stayed true to what you said, if it bacame a health issue, you would try to loose it! Thats what hit home for me. I have been large all of my life. I was the 10 year old girl in school with "boobs". Dumb boys! It was FAT!! I was obese by age 14, and have been ever since then, until…
  • I have the same problem, everywhere! I had health issues all year, and have only been aloud to walk for my exercise. If I could get rid of the loose skin, I would probably be down one or two more pants sizes. I am aloud to start a regular exercise program the first of the year. I hope it helps!
  • Hey! Yes ma'am, I'm a trucker also! Luckily though, I am home everyday now, but I have done most of my exercising on the road. I started here with a extremely large hernia and all I was aloud to do was walk and ride a bike. Everytime I delivered, while being unloaded I would walk, and walk and walk! When I went to a…
