Ok folks, someone has been bugging me to take some pics and maybe post them. I will warn you, none of it's pretty. In fact some is down right horrifying.. I don't have great before pics, but I used what showed me at my heaviest 315 pounds. I am pretty stoked about what I all ready have done... Still need all the encouragement I can get.

Sorry for all the pics, just wanted a good starting point as I start my next leg of this journey!
Was stuck at 257 / 258 for almost 3 and a half weeks, started Primal Blueprint on 5/6/11 and down to 251.6 on 5/13/11. I can't wait to be able to start seeing some more muscle definition.

    You have done a great job!! I have been bouncing around in the same 5lb range now since Feb. Up a couple, then down a couple. It gets frustrating then. Keep up the GREAT work!!

    I can tell a BIG difference !! AWSOME job!! I've only been on the site about 30 days and I took some "before" pictures this past weekend. I hated doing it, but know that I will want them eventually.... anyways, keep up the GREAT work!!
