Yes it could very much be some muscle weight because I do lift 3-4 times a week; but I also box 2 times a week and burn some seriuos cals. I do realize muscle weighs more than fat......but not at this rate. As long as I continue to lose I am ok but I am more interested to see what causes this. Water, fat, muscle, etc

I agree. I weight train and 1520 calories is not enough to maintain muscle mass. Further there is no way I can get anough protein in daily on 1520. It depends on what you are trying to do. If you are 100% slimming down then dont eat the extra all of the time. But if you are building muscle...your body needs the muscle…
