It really depends on the type of results that you want. If you just want to be skinny than have a calorie deficit and do lots of cardio, if you want to be thin AND toned then do interval training weight weights!

Monitor your carb intakes even if its just from fruit that will still affect your insulin which is the "storage hormone". Eat more protein and healthy fats and when you do eat carbs eat carbs with a low GI like ezekiel bread or something.

Sounds like candida yeast to me. Google it and see if you have the other symptoms if not you still may have it. Its very common and fairly easy to get rid of through diet and natural supplements.

VERY OFF especially on cardio. I used my HRM and it said around 250 calories where MFP said close to 600..that can make a HUGE difference in weight loss! I suggest getting a HRM even if its a cheap one until you can save up for a Polar. I have a Polar F11 AMAZING.

I understand where you are coming from but in this instance it is false advertising, basically adding a bulking agent to foods and it is not "plant fiber" it is leftovers that are cheaper for the companies to add in then actual ingredients.
