    How boring life would be if I was to never eat another cookie, cake, ice cream, pizza or any other yummy treat. Quite in my opinon. Portion control has worked and continues to work for me. My hat is off to those of you that eat in that manner. I only got one life and I am going to live it!!

    I completely agree! I never said you shouldnt eat those things! I love cookies, cake and especially fro-yo! They just shouldnt be a daily thing.
