yea....squats are a pain in the butt when youre not used to them....my thighs have gotten so much more muscle from insanity than i did from months of elliptical/bike/lifting

depends on when i go to bed. on days that i am up until 4am, i get really hungry considering i usually eat dinner round 6

lol, i don't think we have any 7-11s actually. our cafeteria has fruit we can take, i just haven't been there in a week or so. i had carrots and green beans with dinner today though.

i feel like crap if i wait anything less than an hour but just for a walk you should be fine, nothing to vigorous is ok!

i have to eat late, i typically don't go to bed until sometime between 12 and 3 and then get up at 8:45, i am usually pretty hungry in the morning if i ate too early the night before and then i want to eat too much for lunch!

went swimming today for the first time since spring (did play polo over the summer...) anyway it felt pretty good, arms were more sore from that than any of the insanity workouts haha

are you physically fit? those who work out more intensely don't have s high of a heart rate during exercise as others (their heart is more efficient at pumping blood). but your resting doesn't seem low enough for that to be the case....thats interesting

i just got the Timex T5J031 Unisex Digital Fitness Heart Rate Monitor Watch from amazon 2 days ago and i like it so far. turns out i had been way under estimating my calories burned. this one calculates calories burned and you can replace the batteries yourself ($55)

eating anything helps me stay awake so i would recommend just having a lot of snacks like carrots and cucumbers and celery and what not around so you aren't tempted by all the other snacks available
