Just got of of the treadmill...after the first 10 mins, I slowed from 3.7 to 3.5 and power walked for 2 mins. Then at the last minute and a half or so the same thing. i had a terrible pain in my side, but did get through it without stopping. My thoughts exactly. Although, I am a huge baker...Love, love, love baking and it is such a stress relief for me. i have had many people in the past refuse an item and it really does not offend me that much either.

Girl, i am stuck too. I have not had much of a change at all in 3 weeks. I can tell I am still dropping the inches though. It is very frustrating, but I have come this far and refuse to quit now. Good Luck. It will come. Maybe we'll weight in next week and lose 5lbs in one hit!! Wouldn't that be nice?? LOL

Great Job..i started it last week, got through day 3 and had a spasm so bad in my back after that and it took nearly all weekend to clear up. i am going to give it a day or 2 more and get back to it starting over.

I just did a search for Podrunner to see if there were any posts and saw yours. Did you complete the 1 week to 5k? I am used it a few years ago and was doing great up to week 7 and then got sidetracked by life. I am back at it again in week 3 prepping for a 5k in November. How did it do for you as far as the 5k??
