i don't tend to agree, i slept next to nothing when I had an ED and ate next to nothing and the weight fell consistently - oh yes that also means I don't agree with starvation mode. ED is in the past I now sleep 5 to 7 hours a night and can't lose weight even on a reduced calorie and high level exercise lifestyle.

Everyone has a different 'processing' time for me i need close to two hours but i have a small bowl of muesli or porridge or toast, peanut butter would be too heavy for me if it was close to workout though, i tend to workout on an empty stomach but when i had early morning training sessions i'd grab a coffee and a fun size…

my worst comment received was when i was at my worst mental state in the grips of anorexia, not at my lowest weight at the time but this helped push me lower so i was around 108lbs at 5ft 6 tall and was out on one of two daily runs I ran up towards a group of 3 teenage lads and as I ran by they yelled at me " get those…

I've taped before, for a couple of knee issues but I was shown how to do it properly so it gives help to the muscle/ligaments that need it, not sure I'd tape without having professional instruction first. that said - you felt the twinge when on the treadmill - when was the last time you ran on it, did you have it on a flat…

whether you get stretch marks or not depends on your skins natural elasticity. Personally I had a 6 well 8 pack before I fell pregnant and had no stretch marks on my stomach but I don't carry weight there naturally, I didn't look pregnant until a long way through my pregnancy but I did suffer with a fair amount of…

I believe there is one main end (well we all die at some point - don't we??) but there are many paths, twists and turns that we can take along the main path of our life, each different path taken leads us to meet new people for a long or a short time, every experience we have changes the path we next decide to follow.

fitness first, weight is a nice benefit, I've not much to lose and some of the weight i'd like to see gone if i went by the scale only would be lean muscle and well i really need that at the moment, once this years big fitness goal is accomplished in september I'll look at the weight again properly

More power to understanding and acceptance, no one should feel outcast or the need to hide, the more people understand and are aware the more people that may just ask and offer help be it be a shoulder, an ear or a you are not alone. Be strong, be brave, be bold, all can over come and wear orange people :-) xx
